Programs

A service visit is one scheduled appointment. During that visit, we complete as many small tasks as possible within the included time. Materials are billed separately. If work goes beyond the included time, you can stop or continue at the discounted member rate. Memberships are annual, non-refundable once active, apply to one home address, and unused visits do not roll over.

Faucet replacement or minor plumbing adjustments Toilet replacement or adjustments Light fixture or ceiling fan installation Switches, outlets, and cover plate replacement TV mounting, picture hanging, mirror mounting Door adjustments, hardware replacement, lock installs Caulking and re-caulking (tubs, showers, sinks, trim) Re-grouting small areas (tubs, showers, backsplashes) Drywall patching and minor wall repairs Furniture assembly and installation Window screen repair or replacement Grab bars and senior safety upgrades Smart home device installs (thermostats, doorbells, cameras) Minor carpentry and trim repairs General “honey-do list” items and small fixes Multiple small tasks can be completed during one visit as long as they fit within the included time. Materials and parts are billed separately.

Full room painting Flooring installation Tile or backsplash installation Door or window replacement Appliance installations that exceed the visit time limit Multi-day or multi-visit projects Emergency after-hours service Work requiring permits unless quoted separately These services can still be completed at discounted member rates with a separate quote.

Members can add the following services at discounted, members-only pricing: Annual window washing – $149 per year Annual pressure washing (driveway, deck, siding, or walkway) – $199 per year Holiday decor installation and removal – $99 per year Smart home tune-up visit – $99 per year Rental property turnover services (punch lists, minor repairs, touch-ups) – starting at $299 per turnover Add-ons can be purchased at signup or added at any service visit.
